The First Show is a daily program broadcast on Egyptian radio, showing the history of Egyptian cinema and theater from the forties of the last century until the first ten years of the second millennium. The idea is to present each episode of the program with a group of works whose premiere date coincided with the same day of previous years for theatrical and cinematic works, and a summary of the story of each work, its history and the team working in it.
