Objection to the attempt to attack my constitutional right
It seems that my respect for not publishing any official documents in my possession, which I obtained officially, made the violator persist in his violations and deviations, until he reached the point of trying to prevent me, monitor me and follow me when I entered the radio and television building after more than 14 years of work, even in the case of a summons from the administrative prosecution or submitting reports and documents to the investigation authorities, and I entered under heavy guard accompanied by the security sector, and I noticed strict procedures during my visit, and what is meant by the procedure?
– Are we protecting the whistleblower, or are we protecting the violator who is attacking the rights of this country?
*I clearly and explicitly demand the dismissal of the head of the radio sector*
I confirm that I will not be prevented from presenting what I have to any official body, in order to preserve the resources of this country, and any opponent to this is working against the interests of this country, and is participating in wasting public funds, and I will reveal his name publicly and he will be asked about this…
Accordingly:
The Administrative Prosecution has registered its objection to this, and I will register my objection publicly and officially on all means under my control, and I will take all measures against this restriction if it continues without reason… And the executing officer must ask himself first, is your implementation of the verbal ban a victory for justice, or protection of the rights of the country that has been attacked, or preservation of constitutional rights? If your answer is no, then you are an accomplice in the crime.
I hold all parties fully responsible for the consequences of what happened, and for any direct or indirect objection to my person inside or outside the National Media Authority under any name.
On another level, the matter is currently being discussed with legal advisors, to take legal action against any attempt to defame, slander or abuse of power, and to refer the matter to the competent authorities if it is found that there are violations of human rights, protection of corruption or restriction of a constitutional right or freedom.
